Corporate Website Design for HealthLoop

Corporate Website Design for HealthLoop

HealthLoop reached out to us last year to start discussions for a corporate website design that better targeted their business-to-business space. HealthLoop makes intuitive software that provides medical patients with continued care and instructions after they have had a medical procedure.

A Corporate Website Design Experience

The primary goal for the new site was to communicate HealthLoop’s sophisticated message to the right audience. Previously, the HealthLoop site had a split focus, talking directly to end users and to the healthcare industry in equal measure. We enlisted the design skills of Robert Nienhuis to craft a new direction for HealthLoop. Along with the new look for the site, we also focused on how calls-to-action were structured for the website. Robert integrated these new CTAs into the design.

Our collaboration with HealthLoop’s team also pointed the way to structuring the information that needed to appear on the site. New resource-based post types give corporate users the kind of information they are looking for in one click. A filtering system and clear labeling means they can dive as deeply as they need to for more information.

Easier Editing for Administrators

Another key goal was to make the editing experience as easy as possible. HeathLoop’s previous site was also a WordPress site so they were no stranger to the dashboard. However, their previous theme was customized in a way that was very specific to the design and locked them into a rigid structure. In order to create a more corporate website design experience we needed to change themes.

We built the new theme using Beaver Builder as a basis for the customization. This allowed us to create some structural elements that were easily repeatable throughout the site. With saved modules, we could provide customized design components while maintaining an easy-to-edit back end.

Conversion Feedback with Hubspot Integration

Finally, HealthLoop wanted to understand what visitors to the website were doing and which areas of interest were most important to their users. To achieve this, they decided to leverage the Hubspot CRM platform with the site. All of their form submissions feed directly into Hubspot and this can be matched to navigation decisions those users take on the website. This gives better insights to the HealthLoop sales team about which prospects are a good match for their services. It also helps them segment their audience.

Working with HealthLoop has been great. They have a dedicated team that was invested in the collaboration and responsive to the needs of the project. We hope to have a long relationship with them and know that they have a much better tool for achieving their goals. If you have a similar need for a corporate website design let us know.

Accessibility in 2021

What’s going on with accessibility in 2021? A lot. Last year’s unexpected worldwide pandemic has dramatically invigorated online growth. Along with the proliferation of new sites is a need to make sure the widest audience possible can make use of them. This need is motivated by legal requirements, from a desire to maximize profit, or…

Expanding the Twitter Post Loading Concept to WordPress

I read a great tutorial over at NetTuts today that showed how to create a “Twitter-Like ‘load more'” button. It was grounded in WordPress, yet the author David Walsh wanted to keep it general so that anyone could integrate the functionality into their PHP code. He got his hands a bit dirty by accessing the…
